I’m looking forward to joining the Oregon Bach Festival on historical clarinet as part of the Berwick Academy where I’ll work with the esteemed, Eric Hoeprich, in bettering my historically informed clarinet performance. Truly honored!!

Historically Informed Performance
The Academy is one of the few educational performance opportunities in the US that exclusively employs period performance. Faculty and directors are leading performers and educators in the field. Students receive unparalleled experience by working and living side-by-side with artists and musicians like themselves.

Chamber Music
Small and medium-sized ensembles have always been components of Berwick Academy. This year’s academy will feature chamber music during the second session only. Chamber music activities will be organized and led by visiting faculty member Catherine Manson of the London Haydn Quartet.

Classes
Participants in the Academy will learn from our esteemed faculty through daily master classes, chamber music coachings, musicology seminars, and sectionals. 

Concerts
The Berwick Academy orchestra will perform as part of the Oregon Bach Festival. Participants will also perform in one chamber music concert in Berwick Hall (dates TBD). The Academy also hosts recitals and lectures by the faculty and guest artists. Participants attend other Oregon Bach Festival concerts free of charge as the schedule and availability allows.
